Hi Ian,
I think all your hard work has paid off; the new site seems to work really well (haven' tried posting pictures yet, though).
I like it very much. :D
Thanks.

I do miss the link to 'New Posts' though, as the 'Newest Posts' table seems restricted to just the 5 most recent.

I don't suppose there's a spell check facility is there? I never found one on the old system, was rather hoping something might be included in the new one...

I think you will fid all of this under the Quick Links ... er ... links ! Left hand side immediately under the purple banner.

Ian did say there's an outstanding issue with Gallery image links earlier I think? It's on his list although I don't know how far down!

Hi Ian,
A query;
IIRC clicking on a link in a thread used to open the page in a new tab automatically (at least it did on my computer), whereas now it uses the Forum tab. Of course, right-clicking on a link gives the option to open in a new tab, but if I don't right-click, and go off somewhere do I need to come back to the Forum and log out, or is there a time-out?

All comments here are duly noted. No promises on replying or dealing with them. Currently trying to scrape as many images off the Photobucket site, via a hole they haven't plugged yet, and storing them on our server. About halfway at 24,000 images and desperate to finish before PB close the hole for good.

There is no spell check for the current version of the software, nor is there one in development. The pphBB team say that most modern browsers have built in spell checking so it would be superfluous. If anyone wants to try this for different browsers and let the rest know how to turn it on and use it, I'd appreciate it as I don't have time.

Really? I've used quite a few browsers over the past 20 years and never seen one yet, so if there is such a tool I'd be most interested to see it. Perhaps it's in the form of an extension or add-on? Anyone know for Firefox? Thanks
