HELP WITH SE5 SCIMITAR IN NORFOLK

Hi to all any body in norfolk that can help me get my se5 back on the road as unable to do much due to health issues it needs recomissoning after 2 years off road the electrics need looking at mainly switches that dont work also want to uprate the radiator to aluminium i have a limited budget so any help would be great thanks.
