Birmingham airport parking 23-25th August required

Post by AJL Electronics » Wed Aug 17, 2016 2:39 pm

At very short notice I have to go to France to do some paperwork and the only way I can get there is on a Flybe flight from Birmingham leaving at 10:50. I have investigated off site parking and the prices are horrifyingly expensive unless I am prepared to park at Bromford Bridge!

Anybody reasonably close to the airport who could accommodate the GTC for a couple of days please, within easy public transport reach?

I live in Beoley, just north of Redditch. About 15 mile to the airport, 20 minute drive( round M42). Not easy by public transport. Taxi I would think.

You are welcome to park here, but I am not sure this is much help. Can you park at a Station more cheaply? (check Birmingham International station)

Thanks Nick. Checked the station but they are even more expensive. Due to the potential for traffic delays etc at that time, I have decided to book a train. Still expensive, but probably a safer option altogether. Best parking I could find was £32 plus the running cost of the car, say £30 against the train fare of £78.
