Tamworth to M5 area

Post by MikeyBikey » Tue Apr 19, 2016 9:20 pm

Hi

A while back I bought through the club a heated windscreen. Its in Tamworth :D , I'm near lands end. :(

I had hoped to go to pick it up as a diversion whilst trying to go sprinting up north but with mechanical's and work it just hasn't happened. Can anyone get it to near the M5. I'm hoping to get up north again soon and could pick it up whilst traveling through , rather than having to take a 2+ hour diversion

I am willing to pay for petrol and time.

thank you

Tamworth - isn't that about 10/15 minutes from Curborough?

Can possibly go via Tamworth at some point and then get it to the Gloucester collective?

I know Jim but just didn't get to curbs and I thought I'd pick it up last Friday gone, on the way to Loton but the 7 hour trip put pay to that.

Phil, in the absence of anyone else ? , would you be able to drop it in the Gloucester type area or at Steve's ?. What ever is easiest. By the way I dropped off the coil thread maker kit and Andy's on Friday just gone. I did purchase a brand new drill bit to go with it. Will get you a drink next time I see you.

No problem, Mike. Next time I'm passing Tamworth I'll pop in and pick it up for you. Can pass it to the Oakes clan if that's easier for Ty Croes, or down at Gloucester somewhere.

Been having a PM discussion with Josh - I should be able to pick it up from Ricky (I assume he knows I'm collecting it on your behalf...) tomorrow afternoon and get it to Chez Oakes tomorrow night.

If timing goes slightly loopy, it will be sat at mine, 5 minutes off the M6 J15.
