Zen Internet

Post by AJL Electronics » Tue Mar 24, 2015 7:59 pm

I would like to register my praise for Zen Internet.

I have had telephone line problems for many years and the previous ISP (Eclipse) were not interested. Even after I started the migration, they gave every excuse not to deal with it. Once with Zen I have had the finest personal and greatly efficient service. Nothing has been too much trouble, even three Openreach visits arranged in quick succession. I have now got solid lock at 40Mb/s downlink and 10Mb/s downlink. Well done guys. Oh yes, also my monthly cost is down by £3 per month now, although that is less important to me.

Anyone thinking of moving ISP, have a word with Mike Bolton at Zen Internet sales desk first.

been having trouble with broadband for years,
currently on 0.7mbps Bt promised 2mbps,
at times it bounces off or gives 0.1mbps

given up and bought a wifi hub router, runs a sim card and looking at 10mbps

annoyingly a house 500 yards away has 72mbps but thats as far as the fibre got, our wire comes 6k from the exchange.

Well if you are on good terms with them, you could have a point to point link which will give you the same benefit. You could then share the cost.

We use them at work, well they are based just up the road, supporting local businesses and all that, no issues at all neither, organised fibre straight into the comms room for us as well

I've been with Zen since 2008 and this year I've taken their fibre (FTC) option. They're utterly brilliant. PC Pro magazine do an ISP comparison each year (it's well worth a look) and Zen & PlusNet are at the top every year. All the big names are at the bottom.

Tony
