Now I have joined the club and become a non parasite, how long until I can see the wiki? Do I have to wait for an (overseas) snail mail with my membership number?

Chances are I'll know your membership number before you do - PM me your address and as soon as it appears on the database update from club HQ I'll sort the rest.

I'll be re-joining the club very soon - this will be the third time ! Lapses over the years when Scimitar interest waxed and waned.

Question - am I a "new" member or renwing membership - albeit with a time lapse ?

Five quid's five quid !

Have a word with John Unwin, Club Secretary directly ;) If your name is still on the system, then he may do you a deal.

Beachcomber, if you sign up for the new direct debit scheme I'm sure John will waive the joining fee (especially as you're a returning members I). It's so much easier than finding the chequebook every year
