From my research I think the SE6 is going to fit my needs better than a SE5 now.
Its a good few years since the Scimitar & my needs from a car have changed a great deal.
I loved the way the SE5 and SE5a drove but I prefer a car with a little more room and a bit more comfort these days.
I wouldn't have dreamed of me driving a automatic back then but cant see me going back to a manual now.
Great minds think alike as that was one of the things I was thinking. Plus it lets my wife and kids see things for real and in the flesh.Roger Pennington wrote: ↑Tue Aug 29, 2017 10:01 pmIt's a shame you've just missed our Scimfest/Curborough weekend - there were lot's you could have looked at and sat in. However, it would be worth contacting your local Scimitar social group (noggin & natter) - depending on where you are in NW Lancashire, there's one in Salmesbury and a couple around the lakes. Superb many thanks for the offer Mark.
I was just looking at the noggin list and trying to see if I can make it to one of the meetings as part of a day out with the family.
