New member with a SE6

Post by danterzza » Tue Jun 13, 2017 6:40 pm

Hi all, this used to be a club car I believe many moons ago. Picked it up this Saturday.

I am from Derby. Car was only in Notts so couldn't not go and have a look

Would be good to chat to some previous owners.

The stereo is missing so I want to source a period radio if possible.

It needs some tlc but has just passed its mot and should enjoy some summer trips.

Hi,

Saw your car for sale on Car and Classic site and I seem to remember that it was for sale last year or before as well, when I started looking

I like the SE6 in green, I think it suits the car!

It's an auto isn't it?....That's what I was originally looking for as well!

Cars of this age all need some TLC!

Cheers,

Jez.

Yeah it was on car and classic thinks its had quite a few owners recently. Yeah its an auto I wanted a manual really but this was pretty cheap. I had a se5 manual a few years back.

Been using it for work this week and its running bob on.

Bought a period tape player of ebay, nice to get some music in it. The essex in this is quite muffled i think.
