Not too far from the main facts Chris. Perhaps worth noting a couple of other points - as well as those that registered just to sell a car or parts, Ronnie also thought that those members who had unfortunately passed away should be removed from the database and those that hadn’t posted in a long time should be removed. Had there been an option of resolution, I’m sure Ronnie would still be here - unfortunately he wasn’t prepared to compromise in any way.

As an afternote, some may have noticed the new “group” of RIP below usernames, something the moderators/administrators discussed and implemented - an example of compromise following adult discussion I think?

there are a few "groups" in the background called RANK in the members database (see pic) - RSSOC member is one (this will show below your username and allow you access to certain areas that aren't visible to non-members). There is a new group of "RIP" for those forum members that have sadly passed away - again, it shows below their username.

I've seen Scimitar parts on the Gumtree that i was going to enquire about but it looks like they are being sold by Ronnie. Was there ever any reason to suggest his parts weren't as described or we should be cautious of buying from him?
