Halfords' workshop flash deals

Post by DarrylWebb » Mon Dec 19, 2016 7:54 pm

Halford's are doing deals, with the items changing every 2 hours. Worth keeping an eye on.

Hopefully this link will work, or check from their homepage if all else fails

Link worked for me, thanks.
Not sure about the limited edition Black socket set though, I have enough trouble finding my shiny sockets and spanners, once I've put them down somewhere.

Yes, I thought the same, in the dark under the car, they may be a bit tricky to find. Also, conventionally, black is the colour of impact sockets - how long before someone gets them mixed up and puts a non-impact socket on an airgun?

I particularly like the "Startlingly LOUD!" claim on the top multifunction power tool.

Closely followed by the noise & fume generator.

I like the Bono protective glasses... :D

It's a parody of the Harbour Freight chain of US stores, which are a bit like Machine Mart but veering even more to Chinese tat.

Just noticed the 28 piece socket set is £12.50 - would have bought another one just to carry in the motorhome but unsurprisingly they're sold out!

Bargain, I have just tried to buy one click and collect, it would seem the nearest available to me is in Scotland and I am in Kent. Not sure I will bother
