Doesn’t think that he has any.

Really need to get one ASAP as Ty Croes in just over two weeks and I’m away next weekend.

I couldn’t find the reservoirs for the ss1 only the SE6A ones. If it helps the part I was trying to find was GMC217R, it fits onto GMC217 which is the TR7 master cylinder assembly. There are a few on eBay.

Cheers Steve and Steve

I’ve gambled on the used one.

How easy / possible is it to just swap the reservoir?

2 bolts to undo and then it just pushes through a seal in the mastercylinder I think.

Bolts are often VERY tight and easy to round off with the wrong screwdriver bit. Seals on both tubes when you pull it off the MC. I’m afraid I sold my last spare last year.

Most of the 70’s 80’s Lockheed reservoirs share the same spacing for the feed tubes and securing screws, so any that share the same angled fitting should be OK. The only downside is that many don’t have the fluid level sensor in the filler cap or a filler hole wide enough to take one.

Some Rover SD1 had Lockheed (some Girling) as did TR7/8 and other BL products. There were also a couple of Vauxhall ones that look like they’d fit too.
