Ti rads are different to others. I have an alloy polo rad in my Ti, CVH sprint car and K series SS1.

Hi Fits
I have a new core fitted in a TI radiator available if it’s of use to you.
Cost would be £50 plus postage.
Thanks

I bought a brand new radiator from a reliant firm. Last one they had on a shelf. All looks the same however the sensor which I bought new doesn’t fit. Has the clip to hold it in but doesn’t fit correctly.

When you say "it doesn't fit" can you be more specific what the problem is?

I assume you are not trying to fit the seal in with the otter switch in the seal are you. Fit the clip in the seal then both in the rad and lastly the switch into the pair of them.
