Read somewhere Rally Design supplied a kit for someone.

May be worth giving them a call,
They are based in Faversham Kent.

I think the rally design kit is a fair bit cheaper than the club traders who just resell the same kit?: http://www.rallydesign.co.uk/product_in ... ts_id=3976

There kit uses 278mm dia discs which I'm fairly certain are the same base units I used for Joes vented girling big brake upgrade - Front discs for FORD Sierra 2.0 Turbo Cosworth 4x4 1990-1993 with the centre hole opened up a bit and redrilled to suit.

Some information on how I went about it here: viewtopic.php?t=5676&start=135#p366335

Regards
Dave

many thanks for the info, will have a good look later, for reference QRG qouted £675 for the kit.

here are the discs
These or these are the callipers. I'm pretty sure the standard super lights fit but I'm not in a position to measure them up.
Then you just need two 90 degree union adapters to convert your 3/8UNF brake lines to 1/8 in the calipers

P.S. I have a pair of lightly used vented discs, bought from rally design that can be bought for a lot less than RalDes are selling them new ;)

might take you up on that Josh, depends if i can find the calipers at the right price ! i see on E-bay i can get from USA cheaper, but would probably get screwed on import tax.
