Plastic sheets is forex classic. Leather is advertised as recycled eco leather. Fabric from Yorkshire fabric shop. Leather and fabric is excellent quality for a change.

Edit. The polished aluminium strips holding the headlining up were already there. They are under the headlining.

Hi, if you run in the standard roadgoing class surely rule 11.4.7 applies to the removal of the heater?

1) Will, even with a new matrix my heater was poor, as I had taken out the blowers to try to save weight, stop rain pouring in and I had a heated windscreen. But the engine bay does get so warm I've noticed hot air blowing through the 'bulkhead holes' so I will take off a feed from that.
mikey ive not really been happy with mine but it does work enough to clear the car eventually (i have a electric front screen as well )

Geoff, there will be the fan reinstated, just drawing it air from a different source.

Will, the new screen , replaced under insurance, is a different animal altogether. No dip infront of driver, doesn’t leak and the delisted works well

However you won’t have the heater box , matrix , controls etc that constitute the OEM fitment ???

Regarding heaters I bought a new unit from carbuildersolutions, it works very well and just about fits in place of the old system however it is a bit noisy.

Will, the first heated windscreen had a slight depression on the outside just in front of the driver. So the wiper left a wet smear. The new screen does not. :)

I can certainly recommend doing the internal comfort stuff. It's transformed my perception and comfort when I'm driving. Really really pleased and enjoy driving her. Believe it or not the headlining was easier than I thought.

Yes. The bumper has taken quite a knock, dented in several places so hopefully they’ve got lots of damage. A bloke said he saw a silver car speed off but no plate etc.
