Some slow progress has been made recently. Fibreglass repairs under the passenger seat and engineering of an electric boot release along with some minor bits and bobs. Rat Rod came to me with the boot lock filled in and a bodged cable release, after a couple of attempts including an underpowered solenoid. I seemed to of cracked it. Oh and after seeing similar at a local show I fitted this not everyone's taste but it makes me smile.

I did it with a Guinness can on a Mini in 1990!
