Does it have a 5a nose or just a 5a grille?

You can tell quite easily - the 5a is a flat surface under the 7 bar (one piece) grille, the 5 is ridged with a separate chrome strip on each of the 4 ridges.

It’s definitely a 5 - take the grille off to confirm what nose it has.

Looks great, congratulations.
What is the plan (apart from Paint), are you keeping it stock or going for some subtle mods?
Not sure about those side repeaters TBH, but I do like the colour :D

In your photo it seems you have a 5a one price grill, as home said a 5 has separate grill strips.
