Major move today, got the chassis with its silencers and tail pipes away to the guy doing the headers.

More bleddy sandin', 46 hours so far. Like Lenon shouted at the end of a heavy rock track "I've got blisters on my fingers!"

Seems that the drivers door skin has been adjusted some time ago which will ease the job this time.

It clears the steering shaft and the foot wells. The beauty of grp is it's easily re-modelled if needed. This was planned for the passenger side anyway as it is heat damaged. Meantime it's more sanding fer a change!
