The auto bellhousing has a centre hole and the main gearbox bearing is round of course so a case of centering on that

not road legal anymore so don't have to worry of constaints of an mot :D

On Batmobile I ran pure coilovers but with the sabre being heavier wanted stronger fabricated upper wishbones when i convert that sabre to pure coilover

I put concentric on a focus recently. Its a good idea. it is simply more evenly applied pressure ?

Used one on my type 9 when I had a 2.9 cologne in my 5a. Lovely clutch operation.

I can't take the credit, merely nicked the idea from Bigbobpilot whos used them on a few of his racers. Also means less to find clearance for around the bellhousing

And you're using an auto bell housing that doesn't normally accomodate a clutch.

One thing to check, the Mondeo release bearing is flat, does this match the Nissan one? If the Nissan one is rounded, you'll need to change the bearing on the Mondeo concentric cylinder. Otherwise the bearing will wear the clutch fingers away.

Hmmm hadn't thought of that, the Nissan has a raised section iirc, will dig one out and take some pics

Broken up from work tonight! Yay!
Hopefully get some progress on Sabre over next week or so, few new parts bought, just need some man-cave time :-)

Er Indoors got a new motor too. Picked it up as it snowed, so the 4 wheel drive helped whilst mine sat buried!

Are you opening a Beemer dealership?

At least the real car is tucked up inside, out of the snow.
