 , It was the photo I took when I'd loaded it up to take to its new owner. I also wanted to remind myself in the future that I could get an SE5 sized Scim' on my little trailer.

TBH, I've no idea. The car had had a body off rebuild and respray, so it could've been any one of a number of blues.

Well the 5a got safely delivered despite my 5 cylinder Volvo deciding it would rather be 4 cylinder from time to time (Still not fixed it!) :w
Now spending some more time on the 6B that's been waiting, which would normally have the windows out by now and masked up but I'm protecting the particularly nice interior from as much dust as possible :)
Need to pull my finger out anyway and put some more night in as there's a se5 and a Muddlebridge due in the next couple of weeks so time, space and money will be at a premium

And then today I've finished off a 5a that was going to be green.....then Nevada, until a lack of paint code stopped me in my tracks, so is now BL Bronze Yellow :)

The 5a looks great - a very acceptable substitute for nevada, and I should think it's much easier to buy touch-up paint for, if you need it :D

Dave are you passing by Newcastle under Lyme M6 junction 15 or 16 this weekend?
If so could you possibly have a look at giving an estimate for a respray on my GTC.
Cheers

Recieved my 5a back from Dave Sunday gone and am over the moon with his work and how fantastic my car looks following the respray. Dave kept in contact throughout the process and was understanding all trough the problems we had with getting codes for my favoured colours. I wanted an original 1970 colour and the BL Bronze Yellow looks great on a Scimitar. Cheers Dave

Due to a cancellation I have a gap I'd like to fill for late February to save messing my diary up :) Anyone booking their car in for this slot will also get a 10% discount on the normal prices. With the lack of pictures here at the moment you can see the latest stuff on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/ssgclassics/ Thanks :)
