Jim, what are the battery connectors called you have used in the photo on the previous page? I’ve seen them on yours and on Nicks last year. I need some for my van leisure battery and can’t find what they are called or where to get them from?

Thanks Andy

Late start after a great game in Twickenham yesterday :P

Spent some time looking at the other remote oil filter housing Phil found - unfortunately it was going to take too much time and effort to fit, so it all went back together again :D

Then I mocked up the cooling system - just need a couple of tee pieces and it’ll be final fit.

Finally, I connected up the electrics under the bonnet and with a lot of help from Phil, tidied up the interior wiring (earths and live feeds mainly).

Came out to find it had snowed! :D

Grabbed a few hours today and filled the gearbox with oil, bolted up the mount, speedo cable, welded in a lambda boss and fitted the exhaust. Dropped it off axle stands and removed the fuel tank with the intent of fitting a different one - but with the lack of time, I think I’ll put it all back in with the HP pump and swirl pot as planned.

Have oil hose packed, selection of O rings and laptop.

I’ve got several feet of 8mm hose which is fake R6 but should be fine for water?

Saturday OK?

8mm hose arrived today, as did 13mm oil pipe. I’ll have a better root around for o-rings tomorrow as I’d like to hear it run as soon as poss :D

Daryl, if I make it you’ll be welcome to take it for a spin :D
