There’s the CM “Driving for the crowd” award that needs to stay with the Scims next year too..

Never try and argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you based on experience.

Tbh, driving stupid comes naturally. It’s when I’m expected to put it on for the crowd the nerves set in. Anyways I will always be in awe of the quick drivers as I simply run out of talent. I’ll Just be happy to get back out there. I wanted to race cars from about 5 years old but waited until I was 50 to start

And that was Craig’s fault. He was loitering outside the tent at curbs trying to convince me it would improve my chances at chatting up women / make me rich / improve my looks etc etc.

So of course eg being a naive southerner, I had to have a go...

So I’ve gone over to a mainly meat free diet. For no other reason than trying to ensure I eat healthily, ie not cheap stuff. Mywifeis up country a lot so it would be easy to fall into the trap of fry ups, :D sausages :D burgers :D take aways :D and beer :D but , I haven’t.

The upside is my energy level is even more hyperactive. Yesterday up at 5am, drove from the far north (Somerset) back to civilisation (pastyland) pronounced Past-ee land. Even stopped at Bodmin moor and watched the sunrise. ( it was alright but once you’ve seen one....).

Worked all day then in the garage till 11pm. Then up at 5.45 this morning and guess what, back down the garage for 6.15 and did 2 hrs before setting off to work in DDDDevon. (Nearly couldn’t say it, makes me shudder) (pronounced DEVILand)

Anyways dash all fitted, front suspension height readjusted, back axle rubbers repaired, gearbox oil topped up (1L  ) and then set off for for the drive in her to work and back. 130 miles .

She’s lively. The back ends steps out under a acceleration on the greasy salted roads. Even on the a30. At 50mph and accelerating away from a main roundabout in third she’s letting go. It’s quite a useful learning curve. If I can master this behaviour on mediocre road conditions and indifferent tyres then hopefully on the track I’ll look like I know what I’m doing.... :w

I did the exact same thing about 6 weeks ago after watching Gamechanger on Netflix...and i suspect most 'blokes' will do the same when they watch the effects of 'blood flow' experiment results.... :D .
TBH my main meat consumption was breakie at work after my 6 mile cycle..

Sorry for the thread jacking..
