That's two of us then Ronnie! When I went to view the car originally, I thought that looks ok, oh, and the side looks ok too, then got to the front and saw the bonnet! Not only does it look absolutely crap, it gets worse, when it rains the engine gets soaked, and, the bonnet itself fills with water so when you open it it drains the entire contents into the accelerator cable hole! I have another bonnet as I'm not sure I can make this any better? Any ideas?

Let all that heat out.
Just some grp work to fill in the sides as you still use the bonnet flap.
Worth a try with your old bonnet.

That's a brilliant idea! I really like that, and a nice mesh fitted at the back would look great too, and it'd hide the holes where the previous owners garage replaced the wiper wheel boxes from the top. Not sure my glassing is up to speed yet, but ll give it a go!

Pull the old wiper system out and fit a modern unit.
It'll look better, park better and work better.
Do the lot before the spray gun...............
