Well done Emile, a chassis number is a good start :D
I'm not sure if Belgium is the same as France, but there are usually possibilities to 'arrange' things.
A couple of questions ...
Do you have a V5 for your other Scimitar?
Are you thinking of registering one or both in Belgium?
Have a look at my site, rubrique 'Scimmatriculation' when my server gets it back on line

Since they migrated everything to a new improved platform it doesn't work: shows HTTP 503 Backend fetch failed

early SE5

Post by EmileR » Wed Mar 13, 2019 4:03 pm

In fact I bought a SE5a and a SE4 Coupe, that both have V5's and are no problem.
Then I bought 2 cars for parts, one has a V5 (72 SE5a) and the other has nothing.
But when I had a closer look I discovered it is an early SE5, chassis 450093, it's
complete except an engine, and it would be a pity to break it.
So thru a friend who lives in England, we applied for a V5 since the old registration
is still attached to the car (NSD795G), let's see what the DVLA's answer will be.
