Historic Wheels, Brodie Castle Forres 2017

Well, we managed it! :D Four Middlebridges at a show in North Scotland! Thank you to Mark and Kim and Ashley and Ann for making the trip north. Thanks also to Colin Main who maintains his record as the best show attender round here with his SE5a and to Gordon Maitland on his third outing with his SE5 - quite a transformation since I went to look at it for him over a year ago when it was languishing unloved with three flat tyres in a car park in Aberdeen!

Great set of photos, Will - good to see such an impressive turn-out of Scimitars! I have to ask, is Gordon's number plate personalised? It's pretty much the perfect plate for a 1969 car owned by a chap called Gordon! (I know this will already have occurred to you, as you share my fascination with plates!)

It was on the car when I went to look at it for hin so, surprisingly enough, I think it is the original plate, but it looks good, doesn't it! :D

Thanks Roger, they generated quite a bit of interest from the visitors and to get four of the Scottish dwelling Middlebridges in one place was great. :D
