We live in a small village and the white-van men are really taking advantage of the lack of traffic. I'm not aware of speed limits having been abolished but they obviously think they have been! :evil:

Whilst not in defence of white van man I get deliveries for business, try making 130 deliveries a day with penalties if not all are delivered.
