Has anyone any experience (good or bad) of buying tyres from this outfit? Website

Having a few difficulties at the moment. Online reviews are mixed I see.

If they’re like the plethora of other online sites which are all Delti (when you dig a little although this one isn’t it appears?), then their idea of “in stock” and mine differ considerably. Theirs (Delti) seems to be “we’ve ordered them from our supplier and should be at one of our European warehouses by the time you figure out they’re taking a while”.

Never try and argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you based on experience.

Right now it's little more than a consignment taking longer than it should.

It's just that I don't have a particularly good feeling about it. Could be wrong.

I recently bought some wheels from them considerably cheaper than anywhere else and they arrived within a week. They are a french company.

I've had tyres from them several times and never had a problem. Although as mentioned, they are a French company and I live in France, so maybe that helps!

To complete the picture: I ordered 4 tyres on the 15th August for delivery to my fitter. Pneus Online despatched them promptly, for some reason as two separate consignments of 2 tyres each. One package arrived a couple of days later, the other was lost by the courier and never arrived. Full tracking info was supplied as part of the order process.

Pnues Online customer support was pretty good, if not lightning quick. They wanted to give it a few days to see if the lost tyres turned up, but when it was clear they weren't going to show they asked me to sign a declaration of non-delivery and then despatched a replacement pair reasonably quickly. These arrived yesterday, 3rd September.

So all in all I'd probably use them again. The loss of the tyres wasn't their fault and they were replaced with no quibble in a reasonable-ish timescale.

I bought from them twice ( delivery in Belgium at fitters of my choice) no problem at all. Very good prices. Bought Continental 165x15 a tyre with a very good reputation over here.
