I had just fired up dear owd 'Big Sis' ('71 SE5) to risk my life in Morrisons, just before it shut today, & just as we were about to pull onto the road this gorgeous, metallic grey, open-topped Morgan came past in the direction that we were going in - it seemed to be dripping in chrome.......wires, luggage grid - door handles!! It was being piloted by an equally gorgeous blonde with long wavy hair - the sole occupant... ...We set off some way behind & I had the very devil of a job reining in my steed. Big Sis must have been smitten by this rather flamboyant Mog. & we caught up in about a mile & a bit. The registration no....WKG 5 :!:

Just a heads up to any later GTC owners who are looking for a plate:

GTC 374Y

is for sale in the current DVLA timed auction which finishes on Wednesday. £200 plus fees and no bids as yet.
Sold for the reserve price, one bidder and hopefully that was the owner of GTC 374!

Sorry, guys. Not logged in for a while. Yes it was me, requested from DVLA back in Jan and now have it. Very pleased, nice addition to the car. Glad no-one else on here was bidding against me....that'll teach me for not checking-in for a while!

Snap ...
If you ignore all the go-faster bits the Xpower looks remarkably like an Opel Calibra (sorry the Calibra hasn't fancy number plates)

I have just realised that the plate
CA 418 RA
exists in France, but I've no idea what car it might be on, and you can't change plates here.

Would be tempted if it was on a W plate, but as it's a Y. I understand it can't be fitted to an older car to make it appear younger.
