Sub-forum reorganisation

With the increase in regular posters in this section, the single "Europe" heading is getting quite busy and will soon be too unwieldy.

To that end, I've discussed a few changes with the mod team and come up with a simple plan to be implemented (while it's still quite an easy exercise) and sub-sections In "Europe" will be created for "shows", "project progress" and "general" and existing posts moved into those relevant sections.

Hopefully it will be a painless background task (like the competition section re-org) but if there's any problems let me know as soon as possible by email.

Sounds like a good idea.
Although it makes work for the mods I'm pleased the European section has become so 'unwieldy' 8)

this morning we added a "registering a scimitar" section (everything to do with C of C etc) and a "marketplace" - I am still moving things around, so please bear with me.

Incidentally, I am putting sightings or investigations into European cars into the marketplace section.

many of your Scimitar France links are broken Chris - they ask me to login. I'll try and find the original URLs but even then most of your links only go to a page and not a specific position on that page (which is difficult if there's a couple of hundred photos on the page :-))

If you give me a couple of examples of broken links I'll look into that, thanks.

Many of the links are to whole pages because individual entries move around with the addition of material and I don't seem to be able to fix to an image.
That's to say a link will be to photo 13 on page Scimiscimi, which may not be photo 13 any more if someone looks three weeks later.
