Dont know how this works but based on the way windscreens are dealt with would this not now be the time for the club to step in and buy a stock of these perhaps?

To let everyone know the Club is to seek a larger volume deal as mentioned by Victor to amortise shipping etc for the benefit of all. Remember there are a lot of members who do not use the Forum and many who do not use the Internet at all, so we need to be able to offer such items to all members.

Fab news, thanks Victor. I need a pair for my Coupe, so I can re-assemble the frames.

Shaun, I've PM'd you. Can discuss at next noggin

Does this mean the club will buy the whole batch?

Are they the exact same as those on the Coupe - or can they be "made" to fit - I would be after a pair for our Coupe if they are compatible.

I spoke to NNG and he confirmed for me as well as others. A couple more confirmations would be nice though. Its a big outlay.

All:- You need to remove the quarter glass to fit of course and the spring assist pivot post that goes down into the door could be rusted. Access to that will be hindered by the electric motors and mounting if you have them so it won't be a quick push into place. We will only want to sell by the pair. Selling only one side will totally mess up stock holding.

We'll have to wait until 'bulk' shipping costs are taken into account.
