Scimitars & TVRs in Germany

Post by tanuki » Tue Dec 29, 2015 4:39 pm

Here is a german site dedicated to classic TVRs ... but you'll find a good deal of Scimitars around - under the Family section -
Some lovely pics, and a white SE5 that has lost all its possible identification letters & logos ... as if it was not hard enough identifying a Scimitar

now: Scimitar SE5 ('71), Scimitar SE6a ('79), Scimitar SST 1800Ti ('90), Ford Anglia LHD ('61), Ford Consul Capri LHD ('61), TVR Chimaera 400 ('96), Caterham SV ('10), Lexus IS200 ('04), Austin Metro 1000 ('82)
past: Mitsubishi Celeste ('77), Alfetta Quadrifoglio ('85), Nissan Maxima ('95)

Wow, Scimitar world is really small
I love it, and photo shooting in industrial settings / construction areas always seems to enhance the presence of a classic car 8)

Cheers, Fred

Oh ... is it the one now registered OL-RS-69-H (same colour) ?
If so, it seems to have undergone an LHD conversion + roof painting ... although it looked superb already in its original configuration :hurrah:
Good to see that it's taken care of

Cheers,
Fred
