SE5A in Luxembourg

Post by langlaisjc01 » Wed Nov 03, 2010 8:52 am

New to the forum, please let me introduce my 1973 Se5a, bought five months ago in GB.
After a lot of troubleshooting(electrics, ignition, fuel pump and so on), the car is beginning to be "reliantble"...
All original, wolfraces, burgundy red and black vinyle, topped by a full length Tudor-webasto flu-catcher sunroof. All original black interior:

The car is now registered in Luxembourg.

welcome to the forum l'anglais :D

I'm a great fan of Wolfrace on the 5/5a - but technically they're not "original" - but a great looking car :D

Hello Darkstar and all of you.

Well, you may have the opportunity to see the car in Southern France(Nice and surroundings) in beginning december...more news soon.
The car has now black and white historic plates from Luxembourg.I have some pictures of it but still have to put them on my hard drive...as I can't find the bloody transfer cable!
Attached is a picture of the car on the ferry back from England as well as IN England when I bought the car six months ago.

Great, another photo for my Ferry Collection !!!

It would be great to see you in the South of France, Antibes is only 20 km from Nice so be sure to get in touch.

You are lucky to have black and white plates, we are supposed to have yellow or white and my black ones have already cost me a 43 euro fine.

Keep in touch
Chris

Shame, one pic won't upload, don't know why.It shows another GTE on the ferry en route to Maine-et-Loire (Mickael Dinet)
