Classic Microcars and AJL Electronics Gloucester

Post by AJL Electronics » Tue Sep 12, 2017 11:50 am

The only issue with it is that it is far too heavy for me to unpack and pack on my own. I extimate that it weighs something like 100Kg and even with Richard's help it was very difficult to debag it and put into position. I would say that four strong blokes would be more like it, but I will just have to struggle. We had to put it away without its storage bag as it was just an impossibility on our own.

It inflated very quickly, probably under five minutes to a ready to use state. The hooks inside can be used for the lighting hopefully, but I will have to experiment with that.

Photos seem a bit out of order
That's the advantage of using the "place inline" button - it allows you to choose the order, rather than just getting the random order they upload at.

EFL90 oil filters...

I have just topped up my stock and the filters came with a BIG surprise! The cost has now doubled. I am on maximum discount with them so sadly my retail price has had to go up. The new price is £15.99 each, but I have organised a coupon code for paid up members registered with my webshop to get them at cost, which is £11.99. Carriage extra of course.

 You might want to change your supplier..... I paid £7.52 for an EFL90 filter from a Ford dealer yesterday. That price included post and packaging. I ordered it at 3pm, it arrived 9.30 this morning.

I did wonder what would turn up, but it is genuine Ford. I got the link from one of Nigel Clark’s posts, so thanks are due to him.

It is likely old stock. You can imagine that I tried every avenue before reluctantly accepting the new price! I buy direct from Ford, so no middle man margin.
