Gents

I bought and received an SE6a multiswitch in broken condition.
Can anyone identify where the small piece of plastic comes from please ?

Broken Multi switch help

Thanks for the pointers.
Added to the problem is that the Headlamp flasher has no spring tension , so it wont stay in position , but is mobile between the contacts.

Thoughts ?

It looks like the flash prong to me? Can get a comparison photo at the weekend if you still need it.

There should be a plastic arm on the flash lever inboard end Steve - provides the “spring” when you pull it to flash and locks the pawl when you push for main beam - your detached part looks like this to me?

Here's another photo which may help (you can see how the plastic spring piece holds the moving toothed nylon part of the flasher arm against the single tooth on the switch body) :

Ah thanks - that makes sense.
Its not helping that the spring tension is also non existent.
