As Jim says, to find bigger more powerful single line calipers, wouldn't be used to modify original twin line metro calipers to single line. Std brakes work well enough on a road car if in good condition. Poor front to rear or left to right balance suggests a problem to me, would want to find that f...

I'd did the coil over conversion first in 2001, on the CVH racer, that's when I spoke with QH... ;-)

Balljoints are more than up to the job, according to the texh dept at QH before they shut. I would suggest uppers are replaced with QH or reliant or Vauxhall rather than pattern ones though, coz some of them are rubbish...

're damper lengths, for your chosen ride height, you will need approx an inch (full blown racer) to 1.5" droop above your chosen ride height measure atbtye wheel (not shock as due to lever ratios that won't be the same. Again out of context, but yes rubber bushings aren't suitable, you need a pivot style bush ie poly bush, rather than metallastic. As foe clearance etc, HHH does assume the prospective modifier isn't Ray Charles and does have a reasonable dose of 'clue' to be modifying any part of a car... :lol: Phil...
