Thanks Roger. No sooner than you feel the end is close, you then get a kick in the wossits. Bleeding the brakes yesterday, back fine. Front calipers different story. Radio feeds come from a pair of short bullet connectors. They are not easy to see although clear on the factory manual's loom diagrams. Right just a quick update. Had a few days away in the caravan as we hadnt used it this year and wanted to get some use before Silverstone. Revisited the lumpy running yesterday. Reset the valve clearances and timing and found a crack in the distributor cap. Brand new cap buggered. New one on the way though. Lets hope that will cure the rough running. Not a total waste of a day though. Managed to refit all the brake pipes and fit the ne...

Thanks Steve. Im still enjoying it even if I seem to be spending every spare hour in the garage. Thankfully, Barbara is being very tolerant and has been very helpful when called upon.( I just need to remind her about her SS1 from a couple of years ago)

Now I have the new rear trim from Mark (gtcse8) and have started to polish them. This is the next job.Im just hoping I dont find any more wiring problems.

Finally managed to get the remaining carpet stuck down. Either Reliant made them different sizes in either footwell or the carpet was not cut to spec.
