After stripping back to gelcoat, the very first thing that you do after a 120 grit flat is to give it a couple of coats o...

LEDs are either on or off, you can't dim them. In order to reduce the brightness, you have to pulse the power to them, which reduces the on time.

It is likely old stock. You can imagine that I tried every avenue before reluctantly accepting the new price! I buy direct from Ford, so no middle man margin.

Urgent help please !

Thermal cutout effects are generally cause by loose terminals in the fuse box. The poor connection causes the contacts to heat up and that melts the plastic, allowing a worse connection to develop.

Two things about getting old,

1. Loosing your memory,
2. Can't remember the other one.

Toying with the idea of selling my GTC

I have purchased some black fabric dye so that I can sort the fading to the top of the headrests and the armrests. First test looks promising. I also have some Renovo so will be sprucing up the soft top too.

The car will also have a hard top with it if wanted.

voltage stabiliser

Standard ones are bimetallic and rely on the heating of a coil. If you are not providing the full 12V that will not happen, so I would expect either nothing, or the input Voltage.

Radio wiring?....

Look under that loom, right at the back in the region of the speedo drive grommet. If you still can't find it, I will scan the factory diagram for you.

Radio wiring?....

Under the dash just to the left of the steering column, look at where the loom runs under the dash top. There are two single Lucas bullet connectors there. That is where the permanent live and switched feeds are meant to come from, for the radio.
