One modification was done to step down from the 18mm diameter spout out of the back of the pump to a 15mm copper tube to better fit the 13mm diameter hose. I used a bit of 16mm diameter silicone hose - see photo. IMG_3301.JPG I hope the new silicone hoses now on offer take account of this reduction...

Have you got the rivets on the front face of the A post - and the two at the top of the A post where it cranks back at the screen surround?

If so, it’s probably just the sealant holding it onto the chassis.
