What discs are these?

210bhp Peter  I'd love to see the dyno print out and torque curve. That's a big number for something without an intercooler, I'm surprised it didn't go bang. I always thought the one I sold to you was a quick car though. I ran it on standard boost and although I never had it on a dyno, it mus...

Ben's SS1 - SSF novice sprint car

Looking forward to seeing how you go on with the front pillars and brackets welded to the side rails (easier to follow than innovate  ). I assume you've cut and folded some plates of your own ?

Not started mine yet, despite having the front cage in the garage for over 12 months.

What discs are these?

This is for my sprint car Peter. I need a larger disc OD than is possible with the Metro Turbo calipers/GW conversion. I'm running 250mm at the moment which are just about big enough, but there is 1mm of overlap from the pads, which my OCD doesn't like, hence wanting a few more mm of disc. If Mark's...

What discs are these?

Cheers Mark. I’m using a 250mm Mazda 626 vented disc at the moment, but ideally I could with with another 5-10mm of OD to suit the Wilwood calipers I’m using. These are the discs you made me some spacers for.

Mark, do the Rover discs literally bolt straight on? If so what’s the OD?

ss1 ti fuel pump

Yes there is disparity in the hose sizes (unless you have a late Sabre fuel tank). I usually use a step up/down barbed hose connector to run the 8mm hose to 12mm hose. They’re available on eBay for about £3 (in brass).

The two graphs from Friday's session. (I was struggling to get the torque curve on the scanner, so had to go over it in black pen. ) 180BHP E455JKS Dyno 2019 (180bhp).jpg 153BHP E455JKS Dyno 2019 (153bhp).jpg It never ceases to amaze me how much extra power can be gained by a few extra psi of ...
