1800ti cambelt tracking

The correct tightness allows the belt to be twisted 90 degrees by hand. That's the rule I always use and have changed plenty of them.

The belt will not fall off, as it's kept in line by the bowl shaped washers/guides either side of the crank gear.

Heated screen fitted today. It’s a relief to get it off the garage floor and onto the car.

Highly recommend the fella in Middlewich that Steve Oakes knows. I’ll be taking mine there in the next few weeks.

That’ll be a sod to remove, it’s triple. Mine are doubles and a third narrower so just slip off.

You may have to reposition the engine.

Does Run Fast 351 Eventually!

I don’t know about a Coupe, but on GTC 404, the body shop spent hours (and lots of my money) getting the door fit spot on. I was really pleased with the result....... ....... and then when I fitted the door seals and spangly new stainless door frames, the door kicked out at one of the corners ...

Gasket oil leak on a TI

There are some photos of my engine with the head removed in my project thread. Somewhere around page 108 I think.
