Ti starting

Thank you for clarifying that. I think it is an area that I need to investigate... The stock regulator is good for 200hp (It was on my Sabre anyway), so unless it's broken I wouldn't bother. Having said that I will be changing the one in my Sprint car in the next couple of weeks for a Sytec MSV wit...

Ss1 Ti fuel hoses again

Yes, the nylon pipe simply pushes inside the rubber hose and is secured with a clip. On my car, I have also used a push in brass end which helps prevent the nylon pipe from being crushed by the clip. Not essential, but came with the kit so I used it.

Ss1 Ti fuel hoses again

Having had one work loose when a clip failed, I usually push the nylon hose about 3-4” inside the rubber hose and secure with two hose clips (pre filter). You don’t need to worry too much about the 6mm return side as there’s very little pressure after the regulator.

Being driven mad

Could be a fueling problem.

Check that the breather in the fuel cap isn’t blocked. Or collapsing/blocked hoses. Particles in the carb.

Lockheed clutch master cylinder operation

With SE6A/B/GTC, I usually unbolt the slave and hold it above the master and then ask someone to pump the pedal. It always gets the slave primed !

I then just refit the slave.

Also do I need to keep the stereo?
Not had a stereo in my RG car for the last three seasons. Just a hole in the dash.

Not the town centre one. I’ll have to check what it’s called.
