Scimitar Type approval document

as some claim that a conversion from RHD to LHD is a fundamental change to the car,
That is a very big claim. On a Scimitar it is only a few changes to the body and removable / changeable parts.

In that case a power steering converion would also affect type approval. :w

Oh no, Paul's going for a front-wheel-drive conversion now 8)

Ik finde dat leuk maar ...
why is it in dutch?
I'm guessing the original screenshot was by a Dutch member of that group?
Guessed right, was put in one of the English groups as a screemshot by one of the Dutch fanatics.

Famous Scimitar owners

A dutch famous owner was Tom Mulder, radio DJ in the 70-s and 80-s. He once popped up at a meeting of the Dutch club, but that was before my time. Last year I had my se6b on display on a local car show in Nijverdal. It was parked next to the pub owned by a friend of mine. As we were out browsing, an...

SE6b numbers

There is a story that two people asked for the last car to be built, so one got the last chassis number (#442) but the other person got the last car physically off the production line (presumably #441 as it was registered the day after #442). Sounds remarkably like a the story of a certain employee...

Were there only 437 SE6b built??? That would make it rarer than the GTC, n'est-ce pas?
Even less. about 437 VINs issued form the start of the se6b, but 30-ish cars were built as an se6a, with an Essex.

After looking today and having my suspicions, please be warned that the silver se5a is carrying a false identity, and should be regarded as spares only!!
My guess is you have to inform to auctioneers. As it is not legal.

Does anyone have some presentable overrider trims for the front overriders. Spoke to QRG and they only have complete overriders, I just need the rubber/metal trapezoid that clips in.
I think I have some here
