Alternative Coupé register ;-)

As I understand it, the story of 213 starts when it was bought by an affluent businessman, who had it registered with a personal plate to match his initials. Eventually the car fell on hard times, and was abandoned and neglected. A local chap (Jon) was keeping an eye on it, and one day it was bough...

DRIVING in EU

For all of the Brexit scaremongers out there don't forget the UK is the fifth largest economy in the world. They need us as much as we need them. Once the Germans have got fed up of the French poodle lapdog yapping they will come to their senses, kick the poodle to shut it up and we can have some p...

What model do I have is it a 6 or 6A

it was registered on the 22/7/1976 and has the vin number as 6E43/18401420 First reg date has no meaning on the 'what model' question. It was built in May 1976 ( = 6E) as an automatic with PAS ( = 184) as number 1420. So it should be an SE6. Major clue is what brakes? Girling 3 pot is se6 and Lockh...

I noticed it a few months ago from the train. Even on that distance it did not look decent. So verdict... As Jim states: ...

Grabbing a list together of "watch out areas" please gents

The usual: "Buy the best you can afford" still applies :D

Long ago, Harewood 2000, Intnl meeting, I spoke to the owner of a light blue GTC. That one looked superb back than. The owner told me is was restored after a fire accident. It could be the same car, it could be another one. No pictures, no names alas.
