Parked it facing down the drive and clamped it off for now. I will take the boot liner out maybe tomorrow and get cracking on a fix. Just done the tap test on my can of beer, it's empty must get another!! :D

Just been to get some fuel in my car this morning got home and can smell a strong smell of petrol. On examination I have found the pipes at the back of the tank to be split. Interesting that are bonded as per the original rubber ones now. Last year I obtained a couple of good second hand wishbones which I cleaned and painted.
