Yeah, to be fair alot has been sorted but struggle to get the time to put in on it. It deserves more, but work and other projects/life get in the way. Hopefully get cracking again properly now :D

Got the drivers side fabbed and welded in. Patched the outer body back in from the inside. Now have sills to do and re glass all the interior bits back in as before. Thats all the chassis and fiddly body bits sorted then. Few small bits of body left to sort, but these are mainly missing lumps and th...

Was a bit fiddly with the TIG :roll: Cut section glassed back in, just needs tidying and sanding over on the outside. Internal body...

Fresh mounting point going in tomorrow. Will get it all glassed back in as well and start on making and attacking the other side.

Been so long since any progress updates so thought it was about time to do something...

Chopped out interior body to reveal rotten rollover hoop bottom on passenger side. Cut out rot and made up a fresh mounting. The drivers side is non existent ad will also need doing.

SE5a sill repair sections

Cheers for the replies. Its the rotted out steel sections in the body. Chopped them out over xmas. I need to make up the rollover hoop bottoms too so will fab them up at work when it quietens down...Thanks.
