If the spring is missing there is nothing to stop the shaft going in towards the diff and puts the cage under load a its weakest point

I smashed a joint off the startline at Loton on stickey tyres without the springs,Craig said it was because the springs were missing so I bowed to his superior knowledge

Merlin motorsport do a race quality joint.Don't forget to fit the springs when you assemble like I did because without the preload you wil wreck the joint

I had same problem with the fan running on for ever.The water pump do'st seem to circulate much water below 1500rpm so because my car was a racer i fitted a electric pump which kept the temp the same everywhere on the cooling system.

Hi, I have a complete set which have been sandblasted and look like new .I am going to modify and paint, pm me next week and I will speak on my return to the UK.

Hi, make sure that when warm there is no noise from the the gearbox that disappears when you put your foot on the clutch! Gearbox not easy to remove, if the niose is still there then could be flywheel ,exspensive. Some factors do a kit to do away with duel mass flywheel. The engines are usually reli...

Hi if no release handle then it is automatic so you will need to replace hyraulic pipes . It might be possible to lift by hand if lift lever is in neutral or diconnect the pipes
