Bradbury Four Post Lift

Thanks for those comments David and Gavin, as I mentioned earlier I originally planned for the modern lift which has the ram horizontally on the underside of the ramp. We designed the building with enough headroom for it but there aren't used ones available and new cost far too much so are now going...

Bradbury Four Post Lift

Yep, thanks mate, I'm going fer wheels free so I think Bradbury have the patent fer those, there's squillions of plain 4 posters fer parking etc but I'm lazy and ancient and need the car up in the air, on the wheel free girders and have the bonus of two ramps littered with tools, spares, coffee and ...

removing windows

Bradbury Four Post Lift

Hi all, thanks for the comments, I was going for the cable operated horizontal ram type but they want squillians of quid so it's got to be the vertical ram sort now. Geraint, you're a star, much appreciated, don't go rushing about. I sussed out the mechanical operation with regard to the 1 to 1 but ...

Does anyone have access to the above so the total height of the extending ram can be measured when the lift is fully raised? I'm concerned I might not have enough headroom in the new man cave.

MSA 2018 Tyres List

I’m not sure I would want 850kgs being powered by 350 horses on anything less then 1cs?? Well James, my son tells me that most young upstarts who, through ignorance of style and pedigree, pedal the lesser, small sports cheese wedge variety of perambulator, are able to switch programs on the Electri...

Front hub oddity

Those washers move the disc inwards towards the centre of the car. The spacers under the caliper lugs move the caliper the same way.
