‘Morning, apologies for not replying sooner. I have a crane so transfer no problem, but it is just a question of working out the ‘when’! Sometimes I wish France as slightly smaller :D

Jim, looking at the handbook seems that is exactly the one. Thanks for posting the photos, a great help and there are a pair on Ebay currently so looks like problem solved. This'll teach me to store items carefully. E type possibly slightly cheaper than Aston..... :roll: !

I did see that the DB ones are different ,having always thought Astons used the same .The only ones which appear similar are Hillman Hunter.....It’s grey and cold outside so that could be the excuse for serious internet searching :D

Thanks Josh. I’ll try Nigel and go from there. At least looks like they are available. The reversing lights unfortunately look like they might be rather more expensive ..... :shock:

I carefully packed and labelled parts taken off the car but have mislaid :oops: the mount for and the numberplate light. Also the twin reversing lights ( not the surface mount type but the early type where the bulb holder recesses into the body). I'll 'phone Nigel on Monday but as it's Saturday even...
