G130 YCF my first sprint car

Standard shafts fit straight into the Quaife when fitted to std diff. Just remember that they are different lengths and which one goes where!

CVH/Nissan/K series all use different tanks - the core is possibly the same though.

Edit - not 100% sure K series isn’t the same as CVH but can’t check atm :D
surely you mean RAD, tank has no core ... and as far as I know all shared tank of the day.

Spot the Scimitar - fun caption quiz

I don't see why we should remove his posts. He made them. Why should we try to erase history? Facts are facts.

Re-placing & re-route fuel pipes

I used rubber on one, copper on other, pipes engine bay to pump but original route. PITA! Peter F's suggestion to just run them down the driver's side seems best long-term solution to me. They can pass gearbox at top or bottom inside the chassis tunnel and easy to access. Pump on rear chassis rail i...

Car history

Could this be an interesting thread, short and succinct history of car ownership with a one-liner per car?
I'll start it off, but I'm sure there are many who have much more impressive histories...
Seems that site won't accept word/excel table format so it's a picture :-(

Can you get replacement discs with the bearings already fitted? Disc can be removed from hub by 4 bolts. Need to buy new bearings separately and fit to hub - only available from GW or QRG. Discs also from QRG/GW, never from internet as those will not fit. Better still fit the chevette/volvo/carlton...

Ah , the so-called consistency of the European union - you will still need to have used alcohol tests in your car if you're coming into France. What in God's name is the point of having an unused alcohol test kit . Pissed if I know :P Of course, what else you may need to have available in other EU c...

TD's Daily Ti thread - SS1 bumper design error?

Happened to noticed couple of days ago that the rear lights were really dim, brake lights having no effect when sidelights on. Guessed it was probably an earthing problem. After removing the rear bumper - surprisingly easy - I found that the bunch of earth wires to offside rear chassis were damaged,...
