Windscreen Wipers not parking.

Power for parking I think is on the white/green wire - check you have power on this wire with the wipers off and the ignition on - otherwise as Phil says - and more likely - the parking switch on the motor ( socket ) is not working - could well be dirt in it.

Brake caliper/disc upgrade options

I think the 5 brakes are good enough - better than the 6's. Wilwoods will be the other option I would go for - got them on my MB.

DAB Aerial recommendations

If xmas brings you a "standard" aerial it will be interesting to find out how well or not it works as I have doubts if a digital aerial will be any better - still on my house analogue aerial after being told we would need a digital one.

Yes you are right - it looks like a 5 bracket fitted hence my error without thinking properly.

Crossmember to bonnet measurement [SS1]

Measure to the front inside edge of the battery - all my SS1's have had the battery touch the bonnet - so the distance cannot be far out.

SE6 suspension query

From this picture you can see that the bracket bolts are off centre - the manual steering has them at centre. You can also just see the angle of the trunnions -

Have you altered the lower wishbone mounting brackets?
From the photo it does not look like the right brackets Roger. Stevey they are also sided so make sure you get the right ones on the right side - all four need to be replaced.

4HA grease nipples ?

I have looked at all my info and not found any details about the grease nipple sizes - what you can assume is they will not be metric. You have two choices - buy them from GW or QRG or take one out and visit a local car shop. I would just get them from the club traders as they are more likely to hav...

Coil spring compressor

I must remember to take better photos - the whole thing is made from angle iron and the "shelves" on which the coils sit have to be slightly angled as the spring coils are angled. The bar across the front stops the spring from jumping out and a bottle jack sits in the bottom to compress the spring/s...

coupe fuel tank

Its the bottom of the tank that seems to give the most trouble - water gets past the filler cap runs down the tank neck and settles below the tank where it does its damage.
