I reckon you need about 75-80l/hour for 200bhp - I have a 90l/hr pump and it copes with 212bhp even when that was running rich (11:1) at 3 bar. As long as you get over a litre/min at the fuel rail, that should be fine. I’m also running 8mm fuel line in nylon. Black residue does sound like broken dow...

Those switches are known to get sticky from a lack of use - some exercising should free them off.

Usually the parking switch on the motor itself but double check you have the secondary supply.

Tony Idle did a wonderful article for Slice a few years ago which tells you everything you ever needed to know about wiper motors.

I doubt you'd need one even at Ty-Croes, Goodwood or Castle Coombe?
